EPA Awards Contract to FedBid

VIENNA, VIRGINIA, January 9, 2008 - FedBid, Inc. today announced that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded FedBid a contract to provide reverse auction services in support of the agency’s acquisition efforts. The EPA contract, awarded under FedBid’s U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule will enable FedBid to continue to provide full-service marketplace support, providing valuable process efficiencies and cost savings for commodity and simple services buys.
