NOAA Moves Forward with FedBid

VIENNA, VIRGINIA, March 14, 2008 - FedBid, Inc. today announced that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has awarded FedBid a contract to provide reverse auction services in support of the agency’s acquisition efforts. Awarded under FedBid’s U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) competed task order, the contract will enable FedBid to continue to provide full-service marketplace support, providing valuable process efficiencies and cost savings for commodity and simple services buys.
